At Harmoney Cares we provide home care that is delivered with compassion, dignity and respect. We work alongside individuals and families to create personalised care plans to enable you to remain in your own home.

Working in Cardiff and The Vale, Harmoney Cares can support all private and some council funded clients. Our services can start from as little as a 30 minute call to 24 hours a day. Live-in Care is also available.

Harmoney Care’s aim is to cater for your every need, whether that is help with day-to-day living, providing support for people with disabilities or a health related illness such as Dementia.
